Heaven Treasure Design offers graphic design and marketing services to its clients. These services may include but are not limited to logo design, branding, promotional materials, and digital marketing strategies.

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and content needed for the completion of services. Heaven Treasure Design will not be responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.

4. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full before the commencement of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment methods will be specified at the time of invoice.

5. Revisions and Changes

Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions on their designs as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of the final design files. Heaven Treasure Design retains the right to use the designs for promotional purposes unless a prior agreement states otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heaven Treasure Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.

10. Amendments

Heaven Treasure Design reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
